Overall Rating:
We were treated with the utmost professionalism by the staff. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. 
There is a need for a car to enjoy the area. The concierge lounge is staffed by very efficient and warm staff who truly make you feel welcome. I would recommend the fee if you are not a platinum member. The manager is there to assist you at all times. He was a pleasure to meet.

They upgraded me to executive floor with accompanying privileges. Hot tub wasn't operational, but they offered to let me use the Weston's. Great value, very nice experience. The breakfast served on executive floor was very good. Evening setup was also very nice. Staff were very helpful. This is a well managed property. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Ft Lauderdale.

Convenient location No refrig or microwave, Beautiful and romantic hotel, computers with internet access in the lobby, immaculately cleaned each day. Most noticeable is that the cleaning staff were quiet and didn't have a bunch of carts crowding the hallways.
